BRIEF HISTORY: THE OMEGA MOONWATCH

Probably is the most iconic watch ever made, certainly one of the most recognizable.

Back in 1957 Omega launched the Speedmaster which was the first chronograph to display a tachymeter scale on the bezel, the Speedmaster was one of three professional watches launched by the Swiss brand together with the Seamaster and the Railmaster, and quickly became a hit among watch enthusiasts.

On July 21, 1969, Buzz Aldrin was wearing an Omega Speedmaster when he became the second man to walk on the moon. This quickly launched the Speedmaster Professional to the next level and the rest is history, here you have whats to be considered by many the pinnacle of horology.
